General information only
The guides, articles and answers on this Site are general information for homeowners and businesses in Williamson County. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified technician.
Who performs the work at your property
Water extraction, drying and cleanup at a property are carried out by an independent local firm reached through this telephone line. That firm bears responsibility for every license, registration, permit and policy of insurance its work requires.
The operator of this line is a call service. It is not the restoration contractor, it does not verify the credentials of the firm it connects, and it accepts no liability for workmanship. The homeowner is responsible for requesting and checking credentials with the issuing office.
License numbers are provided orally on request and are not published on this site. Nothing here guarantees any firm's work, and the contract for the work is made directly between the homeowner and the firm.
Ask for the firm's license details when you call (833) 490-5225 (833) 490-5225

Prices are estimates
Price ranges are typical estimates for our service area in 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed in person before any work starts.
Safety around water damage
Standing water can hide live electrical circuits: do not walk into a flooded room until power to that area is off. Sewage and floodwater (IICRC Category 3) can carry bacteria and viruses; keep children, pets and anyone with a weak immune system away, and do not handle contaminated materials without protection. Visible mold larger than a small patch should be assessed before anyone disturbs it. When in doubt, leave the area and call a professional.
Licensing, standards and insurance
Repair and reconstruction work in Tennessee is regulated by that state's contractor licensing board. The IICRC S500 (water damage) and S520 (mold remediation) standards are industry guidance, not government licenses. Insurance coverage is decided by your insurer under your policy; nothing on this Site is a promise of coverage or of a claim outcome, and information here is a summary, not legal or insurance advice.
